Topics covered may include common mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, and schizophrenia, as well as ways to maintain good mental health and promote well-being. The course may also address the impact of mental illness on individuals, families, and communities, and provide information on how to access resources and support for those living with mental illness.

Topics covered may include the physiological and psychological responses to stress, the impact of stress on overall health and well-being, and various stress management techniques such as relaxation techniques, exercise, and time management. The course may also address specific stressors such as work-related stress, financial stress, and relationship stress, and provide information on how to access resources and support for managing stress.
