Session 7 – Blood
1-2 hours to completeBlood is a living fluid. It transports oxygen and other essential substances through the body, fights sickness, and performs other vital functions. The heart pumps blood through a vast network of vessels called arteries and veins. Blood comprises of several components including red blood cells, white blood cells, platelets, and plasma. These can be separated out by putting the blood in a centrifuge.
Session 8 – Muscle Tissue
1-2 hours to completeMuscles are responsible for the movement of body parts and heat generation to the organs of the body.
