Session 1 – Life Stages
1-2 hour to complete- Life is a journey with many stages, each one bringing new experiences and challenges. From the moment we are born, we begin to navigate through different stages of development, including infancy, childhood, adolescence, adulthood, and old age. Each stage comes with its own unique characteristics and milestones, shaping the way we think, feel, and behave. Understanding the different life stages is important for understanding ourselves and those around us, as well as for making informed decisions about our own lives.
